I received a STAT MRI, and after 4 days, I started calling to find out the results and next steps. No response for 2 days, then pain management calls and wants to make an appointment for me. I asked what the results of my MRI were, and she told me she thought I had already spoken with a specialist and couldn't make an appointment for pain management.
