Dr. Burt was awesome. I felt listened to and cared for. The staff on that side was also really nice. 5 stars on that side. Physical therapy I felt was really disorganized and falls in the 3 star range. The staff was nice, but I never got to see the same therapist and was ping ponged around. They are not proactive with booking appointments and never seemed to realize I needed more. Dr Zimmerman is the best dr for arthritis pain in the world to me. Her understanding and ability to recognize need is off the charts. I get epidural shots and suddenly everything feels new. Been going there for over 10 years. No better facility anywhere
