Joseph was very thorough and knowledgeable as he examined my shoulder. He showed me on my Xray that an MRI may further reveal my problem and determine if I needed rotator cuff surgery. I liked him.
Appointment callers very nice and accommodating. Receptionist could smile more but efficient. Dr O’Malley quick but thorough and pleasant. Answered all questions patiently.
