I understand the demand for testing is high and staff are drained and there is a shortage, but there is no excuse for results not to be sent at all. I convinced 2 people who have never been tested to go get tested. I also tested with my kid on the same day last Saturday and we were the first 2 cars in line. Tomorrow makes a week since we were tested. We NEVER received results. Ridiculous and unacceptable.
Great staff! Good swabbing technique. I would recommend them, fast results. Pre-register before going. Fast, easy, simple.
Staff needs to refrain from giving unsolicited advice on topics they are not certified to give advice on!
Great drive thru testing very fast and efficient! They are very gentle with the swab testing and are very friendly! The nurse Altagracia was very nice and knew what she was doing which made me feel comfortable!
I went to get tested and We didn’t wait a long time in line. The nurse was very polite and gentle her name is Altagracia. Thank you for the great services.
