The communication in this facility was seriously lacking. I was scheduled on holidays no one was there. Any concerns I raised were brushed to the side. I witnessed an employee grab my son in a way that made me uncomfortable I requested that person not work with my son, ignored. I actually went to 2 of their centers with the same result at both. The person in charge always made me feel like everything was my fault. I would avoid this facility.
