The vet tech (Carolyn), the vet (Dr. Katz), and the receptionist (I’m so sorry I forget her name but it started with an M) were all so wonderful and supportive. We had a scare tonight when 2 of my small dogs got into some trash while we were gone from the house (entirely my fault and will never happen again). I knew right away what they potentially ate could be fatal, so I was a nervous wreck. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was calm and comfortable during her overnight stay. They gave me confidence that she was in great hands and in turn, helped keep me calm as well. Dr. Mabbott was informative and provided thorough explanation so I knew exactly what to expect. For an emergency situation and overnight care, the prices were also very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who helped.
Great clinic run by nice staff that are willing to help at all hours.
Worst experience. My dog was in critical condition, struggling to breathe and continuously trying to vomit after swallowing something. When I called ahead, I was told to bring my dog in immediately. However, upon arrival, the receptionist old white lady at the front desk displayed unprofessional and, in my opinion, rude behavior. She asked irrelevant questions and allowed my dog to suffer without immediate attention.
