Great service, minimum wait times. The vet was well informed and was quick with handling my puppy. We were out of there within 30 minutes.

We had an incredible experience at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic. Our 11 year-old pom chi needed an emergency spay due to pyometra. We were always very hesitant to let her go under anesthetic as she has a significant heart murmur, increasing the risk of standard procedures. When we visited the clinic, the vets were very compassionate and realistic about our scenario — Rosie would die without the surgery, but it was very likely that there would be serious complications during or after surgery. Terrible. Had me wait 3 hours 45 mins. Did not examine my cat no blood drawn or X-ray. He has a urinary blockage for 2 days. Which is life threatening. Kept asking for an update or estimate time for the vet to view him and they just kept saying that they didn’t know. Eventually left and went to another emergency vet. I don’t recommend.
