Our dog needed emergency care in the middle of the night and there wasn't anyone local that we could go to. We drove for 45 minutes to get there and we are so grateful that you were open and available to see her right away. Thank you for taking such good care of her!
On Saturday morning, my cat had a major medical emergency. I brought him in at around 7 am. The team was so caring and so helpful. The receptionist was so kind to me and everyone rushed to help my cat and I. Unfortunately, the emergency was catastrophic and my cat needed to be put down. They quickly were very compassionate to me and very loving. They gave my cat pain medications so I could spend time with him and they were with me and consoled me as he was put to sleep. The staff was so friendly and I didn't feel like they were trying to do anything unnecessary to my dog to get more money. The staff was attentive and let me know that someone stayed in the kennel with my dog most of the night. I cannot say enough how compassionate and kind the staff was to me and how much they said they adored my dog.
Great service when emergency vet is needed nights and weekends.
