I went to EVHofCDA this past weekend. My 3yr old healthy Frenchie was in terrible pain. I drove from the West side of Spokane. I've had terrible experiences at other pet ER's. Let me tell you it was worth the drive! I have never received such compassionate car in an ER setting. To be able to go in a room with my girl to wait to be seen by the vet and not just hand her off from the parking lot, speaks volumes in eyes. I greatly appreciate the care and love given to me and my sweet kitty. Even though I had to put him down, the vet and staff were so supportive, informative and gentle with my tender heart during such a difficult time. They even sent a sweet card with many staff notes after his passing and with a print of his paw. 🐾 I am forever grateful for such a lovely group of people! ❤️
Took our pal Watson here for care. Office is warm, welcoming, and very professional. Everyone was loving and thoughtful. Appreciated the attention and care Watson received. Excellent Veterinary care. Top notch. Worth every penny spent.
My wife brought my daughter and her dog in last night. The dog was very sick. My wife called and said what was wrong with him and you told her to come in immediately. When she arrived she was greeted with such kindness and compassion. While they waited for blood work you let them be with him so, he wasn’t with anyone he didn’t know.
