I went to the ER by ambulance because I couldn't move for some reason. I was wheelchair bound & arrived at the ER on a Friday morning. There was no place to put me other than beside the nurse's station. There were no pillows available, so I was given a folded up blanket instead. After tests by several specialists, they pushed me to walk. I told them I couldn't. This was the 2nd time in the ER. We left Sunday morning at 5 am. came in to be seen, was in and out in about 3hrs. i would say it was a very good visit despite me being sick. Dr. Strasberg was very informative, helpful, and had a very nice bedside manner. god bless you for your help during you own personal situation. get well soon and thank you.

Visited January 30th expecting to spend hours sitting in the waiting room, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the triage team and the B-Pod staff! Each person I met with (Doctors, nurse, radiology tech, registration staff) were all polite and took the time to speak with me like a human being. Overall I spent maybe three hours on site between triage, chest X-rays, blood draw, and consultation. No complaints here - and huge shoutout to the ER Team! I was there for 4 days from Saturday October 9th to Wednesday October 13th the doctors especially the nurses took very good care of me the nurses in the Pediatric trauma Ed were great and fantastic and the nurses on the pediatric surgery hold area floor 5 were great as well I loved them all and made me feel at home or if I was in a beach front resort and spent time with me my experience was just great and a great place to bring your kid to especially if it’s a trauma the nurses are very sweet and help calm you down and comfo... read more
