Abysmal. Infantized me and treated me as a substance user because I came in after hitting my head. Nurse ignored me for most of my stay despite the fact that I was right in front of him. And the doctor attempted to retraumatize me by asking for a detailed history related to my PTSD. Again, only went in for an MRI cause I hit my head. AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS. I'm not kidding, go literally anywhere else.
My mother is someone that generally gets nervous or scared to go to the hospital for care, and her breathing today was genuinely concerning. Not only was the staff kind, they were timely and sent us on our way with what she needed. We'll return if we must! Thank you.
The ER staff here works well together and are extremely efficient, from the reception staff to doctors. This is by far one of the lowest wait times in the state of CT
