One of the ladies at the front desk is rude and incompetent. If you don’t want to help people, don’t work at a hospital.
I was there for 5 hours and would’ve been there longer if I didn’t leave. The nurses forgot about me on multiple occasions. Nobody came to unhook me from my iv bag which resulted in my blood leaking back into the tube (which is not supposed to happen). When i decided to leave the same nurse came in to remove my iv needle but was on the phone with DoorDash trying to direct them where to bring her food. Reviews are bad but I’m impressed. Checked in at 10:08, was treated and discharged at 12:05, only 2 hours, and it was fairly crowded. Not as bad at all
Hi I was nervous to come here based on reviews and my only con is that I got here at 7:30 and it is 10:34 and unfortunately I am still here. But the good news is the staff has really made me feel so comfortable because I am scared of hospitals. From the young lady who took down my information on where to send my bill to she carried an excellent conversation with me and made me feel calmer.
