Absolutely terrible experience. The wait time in itself was horrendous. I was bleeding from a deep cut in my hand and it took the staff at least 3 hours to see me. Then another 2 hours for the doctor to even begin treating me. It was past midnight and barely anyone there. The worst part was the doctor. Dr. Shruti Kamat did not know how to do sutures. She had me change positions about 5 times because she could not do the suture. She did simple sutures, which was not a good suture type for the size and shape of the cut on my h... read more
Fast service, the staff was truly amazing from the front desk, triage, nurse, X-ray technician and DR. I was skeptical at first but they more than exceeded my expectations.
I’ve been here since 12, and it’s now 7 with no updates. Meanwhile, the staff are just chit-chatting in their office. I’m just waiting for someone to take out these needles so I can go home. I’ll check in with my doctor in the morning.
(Visited during the evening of 6/30 - early morning of 07/01): Nurse Paul Brown and Dr Devaughn Peace were very attentive and responsive to my issue. My experience was great from the intake manager, guard and triage, to the x-ray tech. I was in and out within 2 hours. Nurse Brown was lighthearted and kind and even shared his snacks, and Dr. Peace was cool, calm and super knowledgeable. Great experience. :-)
I took my elderly mother, Terea vines to this place after a fall. The folks were nice but for 2 xrays and no labs a 7 hour stay without good communication was insane. We finally left without papers because despite being told the results of the xrays 2 hours later we still had no paperwork. I then went on to try to retrieve hard copies of xrays for the orthopedist appointment and after 7 phone calls tried to interact with the UMMs system to retrieve xrays that OUR insurance paid for.
