Went here to get stitches for my face because of a ski wreck and me and a friend was at the hospital for 4 HOURS!!! FOR STITCHES THAT TAKE 10 MINUTES!!! Keep in mind I am a 3 hour drive from Sun Valley, I could’ve been home and already gotten stitches with how long the wait was. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless your injury is really an emergency. There was other people coming in for injuries, but they couldn’t spare 10 MINUTES to give me stitches after 4 HOURS of waiting time.

Doctor, nurses, and techs were all terrific, the visit was very efficient, and I received exceptional care!
Great experience! Wonderfully nice RNs and my physician was very patient and kind.
Had an emergency situation after completing the nearby Borah Peak climb, and had to visit this ER. Each and every staff member of this facility is super amazing, are the kindest and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would forever be grateful to each and every one of them.
