Terrible hospital, people literally are bleeding out in the waiting room, patients with major time sensitive dangerous issues waiting 5+ hours to see a doctor. St Luke's system wide standard of care is atrocious! They should be absolutely ashamed. Greedy disgusting organization. We need to do better in this state!!!!

Absolute worst experience in an ER. Recently had a procedure done, was experiencing sharp shooting pain in area of procedure. Called the womens clinic after hours line. They called my dr and within 15 minutes called back to go to ER immediately. Checked into ER, shared info and what my OB told me. 20 min later I was triaged. Then they told me to sit down. 40min later and 2 other patients were seen before me. I prefer not getting billed and almost instantly sent to collections by your associates at the Boise radiology group. If I go to a hospital, I should pay that hospital and my bill should be handled. None of this third, fourth, and fifth party billing bullshit.

Went in with an inability to urinate, which is supposedly an emergency. I was left alone for hours and hours when all I needed was a catheter. I was completely ignored on this point and was forced to wait for the doctor who was the only doctor working that entire shift and didn't have time to see me. By the end I was screaming in pain and threatening to throw myself in front of a car. My blood pressure was also 215 over 100 because they never monitored it. I got denied care by Mariah front desk, I was in the ER and had a question regarding my visit for the css that day whom seen me, she said no I needed to reach out to my PCP regarding it having nothing to do with my test results! Ridiculous.
