I'd leave a zero if it let me. They never return calls. Don't actually treat the illness. Add insult to injury. True story: An actual ER Dr wearing a pin/ badge that says "treat'em and yeet'em" That's not funny or light hearted. Your business is actually life and death. Don't bother posting telling me to contact patient services. Why don't you just have someone from HR walkthrough and look for yourself. Or do you have to refer that to someone else to look at but only after waiting a few weeks.

My wife is in a ton of pain and throwing up in the waiting room and we've been waiting almost 3 hours and its not even busy. Will drive to burley if im dying. Do better

This place is ridiculous the lady in the front doing visitors pass was extremely freaking rude! If you don't like your job then don't work in a position where a lot of people will be coming through! So unprofessional and honestly seemed racist!!! I've never experienced this in a st. Lukes hospital. Do not come to this one at all!

I went to er tonight and had serval blood pressure reading. The first was close to 200 over one sixty. It went down to one sixty over one twenty on average. Eight to ten tests were taken and I had to listen to a horrible alarm for the two hours I was there. Then I was released with a blood pressure reading of one twenty nine over 101. I do not think for a second they gave any true results considering the symptoms I have. I only hope that this isn’t how the whole medical system work’s
