My wife is in a ton of pain and throwing up in the waiting room and we've been waiting almost 3 hours and its not even busy. Will drive to burley if im dying. Do better
This place is ridiculous the lady in the front doing visitors pass was extremely freaking rude! If you don't like your job then don't work in a position where a lot of people will be coming through! So unprofessional and honestly seemed racist!!! I've never experienced this in a st. Lukes hospital. Do not come to this one at all!
I went to er tonight and had serval blood pressure reading. The first was close to 200 over one sixty. It went down to one sixty over one twenty on average. Eight to ten tests were taken and I had to listen to a horrible alarm for the two hours I was there. Then I was released with a blood pressure reading of one twenty nine over 101. I do not think for a second they gave any true results considering the symptoms I have. I only hope that this isn’t how the whole medical system work’s
The ER doctor, Dr. Bradbury, was uncaring and unknowledgeable with my symptoms. What he recommended upon discharge could have made me very sick, much worse than I already was. I'm thankful I knew enough to check with my regular doctor first. Dr. Bradbury also said a specialist would contact me, it's been over two weeks and I have never received a call. Today is Aug. 20. Always a terrible experience. Very poor staff. The front desk & Staff talk bad about who is here to been seen and took all the time in the world before getting somebody to assist in an urgency in the lobby. I understand we aren’t the only ones here, but they seem like no one here wants to work. Very disappointed, as I have read/seen others have similar issues…
