I woke up at 3am with a terrible pain that extended from behind my eye, through my face and jaw, and into my throat. The pain was awful, and I could find no relief. I drove to this ER and was greeted by a nurse opening the door for me. Dr. Pratt and the two male nurses took really good care of me. They were patient with my difficulty speaking and organizing my thoughts, as I had just woken up, still medicated on sleep meds, and was in quite a lot of pain. I got fast and effective treatment. The staff was extremely helpful the whole way through and gave me a better experience on a rather bad day. Shout out to Tovi who was awesome and helped me through my entire visit there.
They were so kind, explained everything well and were very prompt. I will definitely go there in the future
