Last summer they missed my 5 year olds broken arm. They x-rayed right below ware she said it hurt. It was broke for another day before I got a second opinion and it was broken. Today my grandpa hurt his wrist. When he came home from the emergency department my husband noticed the brace that was on his left wrist was for the right wrist! We went back to get the correct one and they brought out the right side again! They had to go again to get the left side. We (our kids my husband myself and grandpa) have had 7 total poor exp... read more

Nope...baby has reflux and or a combo of laryngomalacia, waiting on ENT to see him. He continued to have the same issue until put on reflux meds. My husband took our teen in last night for stomach pain and tingling/numb appendages and all they did was take blood and say it... read more

Nurse was rude to my wife because she didn’t want to wear a gown while being seen for a broken nose(completely unnecessary). They did not administer any care, no ice or medication was offered. Until my wife asked for some ibuprofen. The male nurse on shift was kind and courteous though.
