Here I am again, praising the doctor's yet again that helped me today. The kindness and understanding, I can ask for better support for my child when something serious is happening.
The most inefficient ER I have ever seen. They have completely unqualified staff (they missed my IV 4 times due to simply being unskilled). I was taken out of my room and put back into the waiting room multiple times (with full fluids hooked up and unable to speak). All in all they said they couldn’t give me the procedure I needed which I have had done at another ER before with ease and gave me a “referral” which I later found out wasn’t even a referral but them simply giving me a number that I could have found on google whi... read more
The nurses are the worse and most incompetent people I have ever encountered. They would rather kick people out of the lobby and call the cops on people for telling the others the current situation, the get off tik tok and actually do their job. I cannot stress this enough the staff here WILL find any reason to scream at you or kick you out. The front desk worker at the ER was watching tik toks on their phone on full volume during my visit.

I would take star away if I could. Everyone I know that's been here has had bad experiences here, my mother had to stay here for a week and could barely stomach the food, my grandfather stayed here and he was repeatedly forgotten about. However, the real reason I'm writing this is because every case has one thing in common, the wait is atrocious.
