Dr. Melissa Meyer is a great ER doctor! She’s incredibly caring, thorough, and truly takes time to listen and explain everything. Dr. Meyer was calm and explained everything plainly so I understood what was going on. Her professionalism stands out, and the ER staff was organized and caring. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines genuine kindness with such exceptional skill. I’m so grateful to have had Dr. Meyer as one of my physicians!
Wait to be registered, wait inside waiting for the nurse, wait to speak to a doctor. If it’s a cardiac arrest, you will die. They don’t care if patients not discharged enter or leave the emergency room as they please (watched that astonishingly). Zero care for the welfare of patients. Waited 4.5 hours to be sent home without a diagnostic. Dr left and then I had to talk to them to remind them that I was there yet. “Run away of this place for dear life”.
Very long wait and once inside, more wait. I do not recommend, for the sake of your life.
Here I am again, praising the doctor's yet again that helped me today. The kindness and understanding, I can ask for better support for my child when something serious is happening.
The most inefficient ER I have ever seen. They have completely unqualified staff (they missed my IV 4 times due to simply being unskilled). I was taken out of my room and put back into the waiting room multiple times (with full fluids hooked up and unable to speak). All in all they said they couldn’t give me the procedure I needed which I have had done at another ER before with ease and gave me a “referral” which I later found out wasn’t even a referral but them simply giving me a number that I could have found on google whi... read more
