My wife and I went in there with our son two days in a row. The first time the doctor came in and didn’t know a single thing about what he was doing and could barely answer even the simplest questions about the Flu, DURING Flu season. We also had concerns about an ear infection and he couldn’t decide whether it was one or not. Ended up sending us home with Tamiflu, because he had Flu A. These folks really do a good job and helped me diagnose an extremely painful problem very quickly. They handled everything very well. Doctor was really excellent to work with. Everyone else in the ER was awesome. This hospital is always very professional, clean and friendly. Truly a great thing for Northfield.

We had a horrible experience at Edina Fairview last night after waiting 2 hours when my fiancé was having symptoms of a stroke. They then told us it would be another 3 hours before we’d be seen, and didn’t see a single person get called back in our time there. Her symptoms lessened, and we went to an urgent care that told us to go to an ER. After reading some horrible reviews on other ER’s in the suburbs/cities, we decided to go to Northfield instead.
