Best emergency room experience ive ever had. Every single person was nice and professional.
Thr pregnant receptionist/ rn by the name of angel. Came in when she was nowhere spotted or named on My paperwork. Stepped into my rns way. Took my blood. Took the needle and shoved it into my arm. Pushed up and made me start shooting blood. Left me sitting there. In the blood whenever She wasn't even the rn on my board. Then was making very very unprofessional comments to my husband when he was seen a couple days later. Very very unprofessional! Takes all of her problems to work.
Very unprofessional. Wants to talk about everything to due with her life at home to a married man. The pregnant receptionist, angel, was very very rude, very flirty, and very unprofessional. A couple days ago my wife came in, before I did today, Aug 21st, my wife came on Aug 18th. She wasn't even on her paperwork, stuck the needle in her arm to draw blood, dug it into her skin to cause serious bruising, shooting blood everywhere, and never once sanitized the skin nor the blood, just left it!
First time visiting. Wow everyone was so friendly and nice. Front desk amazing demeanor, doctor gulati great dude smart too, ashley my sons nurse absolutely just above and beyond care. She was friendly, funny, and understanding. Why can’t all hospitals have this level of kindness???
