I‘m very doctor averse. This weekend I didn’t have a choice but to go in though, twice in a row. The staff was awesome. They all had a good attitude, some downright cheerful, which made it all way more tolerable. Every single person who took care of me contributed something that made me feel safe and advocated for. I had a great experience here. The staff was thorough, friendly, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Haligan was especially wonderful. She was very sweet with a great bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate care.
I had a great experience at NGMC Lumpkin ER this morning. I would typically go to Northside Forsyth but have had bad experiences in the past & I appreciated that NGMC had wait times posted online. Although it said a 14 minute wait, I walked into an empty waiting room, I was checked in and taken back to a room immediately - no waiting at all.
