I had a great experience here. The staff was thorough, friendly, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Haligan was especially wonderful. She was very sweet with a great bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate care.
I had a great experience at NGMC Lumpkin ER this morning. I would typically go to Northside Forsyth but have had bad experiences in the past & I appreciated that NGMC had wait times posted online. Although it said a 14 minute wait, I walked into an empty waiting room, I was checked in and taken back to a room immediately - no waiting at all. We had to make an emergency visit for our little one, and the care we received was exceptional. Nurse Brittany and Dr. Rogers were incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we left with all our questions fully answered. Their compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this urgent care to any parent facing a medical emergency.
The staff was very professional. Very clean. And the wait is normal but the medical people was very kind and knowledgeable. ANGIE was very good and compassionate.
