Dr this morning smiles in your face while you’re trying to tell her what’s wrong with your body. Then she acts like she can’t help, refuses any possibility of a it could be, and refuses to take tests that you requested. Wants to do an xray on something that’s not even an injury. Just completely worthless going here. Waste of money. Also the girls at the front desk are very rude
The woman at the front desk was very rude to me and my sister in the way that she spoke to us compared to other people, but the nurses were very nice and attentive.
I went to this ER yesterday with throat abscess, fever and ear pain. I was in the waiting room for over an hour. Once called back, they took me to a plastic fold up chair in the hallway and told me that I would be seen quicker by being in the hallway. Keep in mind, I was running a 101 temperature and I felt horrible. Anyway, I few minutes later I saw the guy who came into the ER after me be brought back and into a room he went. The staff was extremely kind, plus points for that. The service on the other hand was not a good experience. I came because I was experiencing debilitating pains due to an abscess of my ear (all of this was explained to the nurses). A nurse came in after an hour to “look at it.” She asked to see it, pulled my ear back, and without warning squeezed it with what I am convinced was her full strength. This hospital has bed bugs in it and they will definitely blame you for the problem, and even refuse to give you a different room regardless if there’s extra rooms or not. I left and they didn’t even offer to give me my discharge papers, my test results and the nurses were talking trash about me as I was leaving the hospital room. Please don’t go to this hospital. It needs to be shut down immediately
