What a miserable excuse for an Emergency room. So understaffed, the line of injured and sick patients was literally out the door and several people had to wait outside for hours. I thought UVA taking over would be better, turns out they just care about maximizing profits.
The wait time at 2 am with no one in the waiting room was hours just to get a stuck ear plug out
Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo más de 3 horas y no te atienden.
Came here around 0900 and am being released in just a few minutes. First rate people, processes and tools. Most importantly, every person I’ve met here genuinely cared about me!
Everyone was very rude and unprofessional. they actually missed my friend’s internal bleeding! very rude to people who cant afford medication. overall a terrible experience I do not recommend coming here ever.
