Dr. Bryant is a fantastic physician- competent, compassionate, and calm. Both times I interacted with him, he provided excellent bedside manner and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Additionally, he clearly explained procedures, testing, and next steps. He is definitely an asset to MMC and South County as a whole.

People were great, company polciys and costs are trash. Went in as our son fell off the bed at night and didnt want to move his arm much or use it. Got in and he started giving everyone high fives..doctors said..nothing to do so we left, no services rendered, nothing given or taken. Went back the next day as his shoulder started looking swollen, they did an xray and found the collar bone broken yet said there was nothing they could do as it wasn't a sharp enough angle, just try to limit his motion and gave us a $3 roll of ta... read more

Mercy Medical is the best ER experience I've ever had. My timing was perfect and no one else was there. Maybe 5 minutes wait after reception got all my info, the usual nurse intake, Doc, x-ray, script, instructions and released in 90 minutes. Getting the Rx took longer than the ER visit, much longer.

What a genuinely caring staff. From intake and nurses to the physician. In a situation where people might have been dismissive or looked down on my husband's health situation these people were true blue. May God bless each and everyone of these wonderful people! Keep up the good work!

Pretty standard for emergency rooms waited 3 hours after my x-ray for a fracture in my hand for them to put a splint on it asked for a blanket 3 times never got it. I guess the worst part was the nurses making fun of my weight “He weighs as much as my thigh” and a few puns ive heard plenty of, pretty unprofessional. People have ears.
