Pretty standard for emergency rooms waited 3 hours after my x-ray for a fracture in my hand for them to put a splint on it asked for a blanket 3 times never got it. I guess the worst part was the nurses making fun of my weight “He weighs as much as my thigh” and a few puns ive heard plenty of, pretty unprofessional. People have ears.

Ended up coming in for a situation with my dad at 4:30 in the morning. The night staff are wonderful and attentive. And a special shout out to Meko in Radiology. Their caring nature and kind demeanor was all I could have asked for.

We recently needed to visit the Mt Shasta Emergency Hospital and had an excellent experience. My husband was in severe pain due to a pinched nerve in his low back -- he was unable to walk. We rolled into the Mt Shasta Emergency care center on Sunday morning and were assisted immediately. Great/prompt check in, helpful/friendly/knowledgeable/capable nurse to get us situated, and the doctor was excellent too: friendly, good listener, good communicator, and I had complete confidence in his knowledge and agreed with his assessme... read more

I been treated here with nothing less then respect , extreme care , and sympathy for what was going through from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor , I’m totally impressed , one of the bests Er’s I ever went before , thank you so much was I’m pleasurable to come here with so much pain, but he’s a pleasure to get out the way anything right now I’m extremely thankful. Thank you.🌸

My sister came in having a hard time. She feels better when I'm around. The hospital lied and told me she wasn't accepting visits or phone calls so my sister would react and they could force medicate her. Be careful coming in here. You might never make it out from the stories I've heard.
