I work in the medical field and I just want to say that this is one of the worst ERs, that I’ve taken a family member to. I took my sister in law to the ER, since she is a high risk pregnancy. I perfectly understand that there are people who need help and they are busy as well. You think, that when you inform the staff, the patient is pregnant and is having pregnancy issues . They would bring her in rt away. No that’s not the case. They could care less when a mom and her baby are at risk. Really beyond pathetic of the staff ... read more
4 hours of waiting This is crazy People suffer No one cares
My boy got a deep laceration on the heel of his foot at the beach. He checked in at 9:30pm last night, Saturday. It is now 3:30 am, he has been waiting six hours. Whenever he asks how much longer he is told the only criteria is severity and no idea how much longer it will be. I guess this means he could wait for a day? Two? Fix your staffing levels Kaiser, this is ridiculous.
After taking VS, was waiting more than 2 hours, nobody ask how is our baby. Waiting more than in regular doctor’s office. Is this ER or regular office?
Took a bit to get in, but that's typical for all ERs as far as I know. Everyone was very kind and clear with their explanations and suggestions.
