This isn't an emergency room, it's a torture chamber.
I have my partner go for an internal Exam, and the doctor who made the exam was an old guy called Kyle M, he was very disrespectful towards my partner and also said perverted comments like “You feel good inside” and we told the doctors, they said it’s fine and that’s how he usually is, like excuse me? I am very dissatisfied with their services because they not professionals at all, why do everyone else just let those things happen? I hope they have reconsider who they hire

I had a great experience in this ER tonight - my third visit & positive experience since moving to Portland over a decade ago. The Urgent Care was at capacity so I went over to the ER after a bad fall expecting a long wait. The entire visit only took 2.25 hours. I was assessed, xrayed, treated respectfully and provided with simple options & next steps. Intake clerks, MAs, Techs, Nurses, and Doctors all provided clear & helpful information. I went in for GI bleeding, it was the most blood I've ever seen with having this issue, that I have received no diagnosis, for 4 or 5 years now. Dr. Lum didn't bother to read my chart, and tried to tell me I would need to go through all of the same procedures to diagnose what was wrong with me that I have already been through. She was unprofessional and seemed to care more about her nails and eyelashes rather than helping a patient who was in severe pain.
