Too bad this image shares false information as we have chosen Kaiser as our medical provider through my husband’s job yet we don’t get good care at all. Especially in the ER. As a retired Kaiser employee I am beyond saddened to see how horrible patient service has become. The Clackamas ER is not caring at all. They treat patients like second class citizens. I am beyond grateful for all the staff who saved my husband's life! In the past months, he visited several doctor's, went to the ER a few times complaining about chest pressure. All test results came back didn't look too concerning. He is athletic and lean. However, a couple of weeks ago he woke me up in the night, telling me to call 911. His face color was grayish, he was drenched in sweat and complained about severe chest pain. If you get in after 5pm, be prepared to wait around well past midnight. It truly is purgatory. We were sent here because urgent care next door was at capacity. Recommend calling ahead to see if other locations have capacity so that you don’t have to deal with this.
Once again longest wait ever and very very rude staff
Literally so disgusting inside. Please get the proper care and cleanliness for patients, no one wants to look at or be in a dirty environment. Didn’t even want to stay and wait for doctor because of the filthy floors and areas. Also letting people lay out like that looks bad, is this a hospital or mental hospital?
