Worst experience. The nurse drawing labs badly bruised my daughter’s left antecubital region. I understand sometimes it’s hard, but never in my life I have seen such bruise. Please you are dealing with human beings. Please be kind and considerate. I know ERs are impacted, but this location was ridiculous . We left without being seen by the physician. I honestly don't know why this ER has 2 stars. It very well deserves 5 stars. Outstanding job. Treated my daughter with kindness and she didn't feel nervous at all. The nurse that was helping us extremely kind (Brian) and helpful. Thank you Dr. Kao and radiologist I really appreciate all of your attention to my daughter . I was tired didn't have much sleep. In less than 2hrs we checked in and were out 💕 friendly staff since we walked in.

This is the worst emergency room I have ever been to. I arrived at 11:30 pm for an extremely intense headache that was caused by a severe sinus infection. It is now 4:15 am and have not heard word of anything at all. I was in excruciating pain in the waiting room. And no one would help me. All they told me was that nobody could give me meds so as long as I’m in the waiting area. It is not my fault I’m in the waiting area !! They took my blood sample, urine test, and CT scan since 1 am.
