I was there yesterday night around 11 pm and my daughter was with lots of pain in her back and hip and they never called her in until 3am we ask what was going on and said we have more patients we don’t know when it’s your turn so we decided to leave to little company of Sam Pedro and it was so quick to see her in

First I'd like to say, to my doctors and everyone else who helped they did an amazing job! This is targeted to the man in the front checking people in for the emergency room around 11pm-12am. I didnt get to catch his name but he was insanely rude and unprofessional. I came in with a respiratory infection barely walking and barely breathing, first he basically asks "what I wanted". I was advised to go to the Kaiser Permanente Normandie Emergency room in Harbor City. I got the flu and covid 19 shots prior day. I woke up with fatigue and fainted. I was there from 11a to 8:30p. I am not complaining about the wait. They were busy. The staff was very attentive and courteous. They ran tests and evaluated me and I was discharged. I am grateful for their service.
