First I'd like to say, to my doctors and everyone else who helped they did an amazing job! This is targeted to the man in the front checking people in for the emergency room around 11pm-12am. I didnt get to catch his name but he was insanely rude and unprofessional. I came in with a respiratory infection barely walking and barely breathing, first he basically asks "what I wanted". I was advised to go to the Kaiser Permanente Normandie Emergency room in Harbor City. I got the flu and covid 19 shots prior day. I woke up with fatigue and fainted. I was there from 11a to 8:30p. I am not complaining about the wait. They were busy. The staff was very attentive and courteous. They ran tests and evaluated me and I was discharged. I am grateful for their service.

In need of a negative sign because that’s how bad this hospital is. Needs to be rated at a -1 star! They do not care about the patients health! They lie and tell you your next and you’re still waiting for the next two hours while the receptionist rotate and continue to lie about your spot in line! All I need is an emergency ultrasound and I’ve been here for 3 hours! My baby could be dead and they are not taking me seriously! DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! DONT COME HERE! Go to Downey!
