ER wait time was as expected. However, once we got a room- the experience changed. The nurses were amazing! Special shoutout to Nathan, Patrice, and Crystal for making a horrible situation as comfortable as they could make it.
What can One really expect from a waiting room? I for one am most grateful to the ER staff who were always attentive from registration, triage and all diagnostics and testing to point of being admitted the nurses and physicians, each and every time I’ve had the necessity to call upon them they have answered with both professionalism and compassion. Sincerely Thank You
