Get directionsThe staff was largely unhelpful and showed very little empathy. Several nurse aides would not even attempt to help, and when I asked for assistance, no one was ever around. It felt like patients were being ignored rather than cared for. An emergency room should be a place where people feel supported and taken seriously, especially during stressful or painful situations. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism.
