I have to echo the sentiments of others for the over-presence of armed security guards and airport like security at the entrance, especially when you’re hard of hearing, and incredibly ill. I was treated horribly by one security guard when I asked him to repeat something. I’m hard of hearing and I was incredibly ill with chest pain. He then insinuated that I was playing games and would get in faster if I “went with the program”. I’m retired law-enforcement and the way he treated me was disgusting. Had a bad experience one night, then the next time I went the experience was great. The bad experience was the place was overcrowded and understaffed I am assuming. They staff seemed almost overwhelmed and they were on the rude side. Two days later we went back in and we were admitted into the hospital. The staff was friendly and professional. They took care of the problem.
