I recently had an emergency that resulted in having my appendix removed at Kaiser Richmond, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received. From the moment I arrived in the Emergency Department, everyone moved quickly to find out what was wrong. They immediately got me in for a CT scan, diagnosed the problem, and had me on my way to surgery before I had time to become afraid. Worst ever hospital i ever been i was there with severe pain and they never help me out. Like they dont have the pain they wont feel it like i do they think i am not sick i rather go to another hospital. Goverment should closed this hospital or change their staff

At this point, this ER would honestly be more useful as a buffet than an emergency room — at least people would leave feeling better instead of worse. Closing it and replacing it with almost anything else would probably serve the community better. Right now it feels like a waste of medical space, resources, money, and most importantly, patients’ trust, where people in real distress are left without actual emergency car

Exceptional friendly and attentive staffs, my 90 years old mother was well taken care of and received speedy care; she appreciated CT scan technicians and supportive nurses.

I recently had a visit at Kaiser Hospital, and honestly it wasn’t the best experience. The wait was a lot longer than I expected, even with an appointment, and there wasn’t much communication about the delay. When I finally got seen, the appointment felt kind of rushed. I didn’t really feel like I had enough time to explain everything, and it left me with more questions than answers.
