Took my husband to the ER. It seemed like he was having a stroke. The girl who checked us in was awesome! Took us right back to a room. Asked a lot of questions. Sent him for CT . They did the normal stick out tongue tested his strength. The CT scan didn’t show anything so they told us to go home!!! His speech was still slurred, balance was off and they didn’t even give us a wheel chair!!!! He could have died!!!! Took him to Fontana and they were surprised he was sent home!!! I wanted to leave this review to thank all of the staff, nurses, and PA who helped me yesterday. I thought I was going to die due to heart palpitations. Everyone helped me feel safe and taken care of. Quick to help me with anything I needed I truly am thankful for everyone! I feel so much better today and know how to care for myself now.
For a hospital, it was not as sanitized as it should be. Staff was kind. Long wait times, and messy small rooms is something to consider.
I hate to have write a bad review because I’ve had Kaiser for years and normally there very good my my physician is great and everything else is good but this emergency department is horrible some of the staff is good and very professional as your supposed to be in a work environment but a lot of them are useless and act like there in high school still i went last night cause I was in excruciating pain from a kidney stone and it took them like 10 min to check me in and there was no one else there the nurse who checked me in ... read more
