My experience was awful. There was no HIPPA. Questions were asked by doctor and labwork done by staff in the middle of hallway. When you go in ER- the person (patient )is usually anxious and this Old school doctor was so loud that he just want everyone to listen whats going on and later staff said o this doctor is like this...I was with my husband and we didnt like the approach..No privacy. I work in medical profession and I was very disappointed with overall experience.

This ER needs to be OVER LOOK from corporate!!!!!!!!!! It doses not have the Kaiser emergency room standards that the costumers need!!!!! The wait time is insane every time I come to this ER is the same story expect 4 to 5 hours to be seen if you’re going to visit this Kaiser I won

I haven't been to a medical facility in over 10 years, never been a huge fan, but my experience here was amazing! Each staff member was so kind, poised & responsive to all interactions I experienced & witnessed. The wait time was longer than hoping, however, my visit was at a critical time. The staff did their best to accommodate everyone despite having a smaller facility than they need. Thank you to every smiling face that made my visit comfortable. -BP
