Doctor and staff were very nice.
We visited the Waco ER tonight because my daughter’s eyes had swollen, and we initially thought it was a reaction to her medication. This was our first time at a Waco ER, and I must say, our experience was incredibly positive. Our daughter’s ER doctor, Dr. Hartman, was exceptionally kind, caring, and attentive. My nurse was kind , funny and very attentive. I know the ER was busy at the time because I had a hallway bed but my nurse made sure I got expert care. The doctor did well also.
