I just can't stand laying in a bed for hours and to get proper treatment is ridiculous, I do not go there anymore unless I can't make it to Roanoke! The nurses act like you are bothering them I just feel they need to do better. Checking in is a breeze.. they are on top of it and polite.. then comes the waiting game!

Took my little boy here having a high fever the doctor checked his ears said they both looked good sent us home later throughout the day he started to seem worse his doctors office said to bring him in to check him out he ended up having ear infection in both ear's!

Worse than sovah martinsville smh I spent 5 hours there on 1/29/25 never even got a room and was triaged in the waiting room. NEVER AGAIN

The staff and doctors are usually good. My main issue is that many people are being diagnosed and sometimes even treated in the waiting room rather than in private. This probably speeds things up, which is good, but compromises the privacy of patients. My symptoms were being freely discussed among other patients, which resulted in my refusing to accurately report sensitive personal information to the doctor. It didn't affect my diagnosis or treatment this time, but it could in other cases.

You hear ALL the time how Dr's dismiss female pain. I've been to this ER 3 TIMES in the past couple months for extreme pain in my reproductive organs. EVERYTIME they've treated me with upmost respect & concern. Also I always go after 12am. They're ALL super amazing, extremely caring, & just all around awesome. It's a breath of fresh air to finally be treated like my pain matters. If I could I give them 100 stars.
