This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL STAY,IVE EVER HAD,THE EXPERIENCE IS SO BAD IM ON THE VERGE OF GOING AMA,AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE,IM NEVER AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON,THE DRZ DONT COME IN ON A ROUTOINE,THEY SAY THEY ARE GONNA DO TEST,THEY DONT COME TELL ME ANYTHING,THEY HAD MY TEST ORDERED AT 1,STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT, ABSOLUTELY WORST HOSPITAL STAY EVER,I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT

This Er is horrible discusting and so filthy!! We left after sitting in the lobby for more then 3 hours never got seen it. I don't know but this doesn't look like a hospital to have their big name St. Lukes it's trashy and the staff are rude and act like stuck up don't care about the patient especially the lady in the front desk with glass need to get fired she rude and not helpful

My mother has been at St. Lukes for more than a month. While the ICU team and even the hospital staff in general are fantastic. The social services department does not do their job, in my opinion. They claim they can't do things that I have heard from more than one organization that they can. They have even gone so far as to ask me not to proceed with my own medical treatment in order to do things to make their job easier. The social worker I spoke with declined to give me her full name. My mother's cell phone was also lost ... read more

ER staff, security, and worst of all their very own ER MANAGER constantly Park in the limited space AMBULANCE BAY. I work in EMS and I've had to wait up to 15 min with A PATIENT ON BOARD to get into the ER. I have made several complaints with security, and ER registration but nothing gets done. I have even called the number on the sign that goes to the security office and they said there's nothing they can do because they know THE CARS BELONG TO STAFF AND SECURITY.
