Nobody is happy to go to ER and usually it is because of the long hours of wait and ridiculously expensive bills. The doctors are usually nice and try to make you feel better. Not at this location. I will submit a formal complaint, but also want to leave it here for everyone to see. This complaint is towards Dr. Will Stubbs. First he told me nothing needs to be done for the concern I brought to him. My brother and I needed to visit this ER three times during his cancer battle, primarily when he was having catheter issues but also once to be scanned for any potential clots. For the most part, we were both very happy with the care here. The doctors and staff were kind, informative, and helpful, and we were usually seen and helped quickly. My only quibble would be that during our last visit, we were left waiting in a room for almost an hour with no idea what was happening. I’m so angry at this staff. My 76 year old mother was brought here with a head injury. She fell on her face and had 2 fractures in her nose. When they wheeled her into the patient room, they left her in her wheel chair for HOURS! She told me she finally asked to be moved to the bed and the nurse said “oh I’m so sorry, i didn’t know you wanted to be in the bed” Are you out of your minds???
