I came to the ER at the recommendation of my urgent care physician after beginning a new medication that caused me to feel disoriented, confused, and anxious. I explained these symptoms and concerns to Dr. Stubbs in detail. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Stubbs repeatedly questioned how I could know that the medication was causing my symptoms and insisted that my description “didn’t sound like anxiety.” When I attempted to clarify my experience, he continued to insist that my recollection of what was happening with m... read more
The customer service and rapidness is very much appreciated. I’ve came here twice and each time. I have had a great experience. There are no lines you’re in and out. This last visit I would like to thank Dr. Tran and the nurse Joseph. They were amazing. I was in and out in less than three hours.
Nobody is happy to go to ER and usually it is because of the long hours of wait and ridiculously expensive bills. The doctors are usually nice and try to make you feel better. Not at this location. I will submit a formal complaint, but also want to leave it here for everyone to see. This complaint is towards Dr. Will Stubbs. First he told me nothing needs to be done for the concern I brought to him. Then, after I told him I don’t want to run a few non-urgent tests for my 3 yo daughter at 1am and wait for the results because ... read more
