If you are pregnant I do not recommend you coming here . I’ve been here twice in the last couple of days and they had me waiting 6 hours first time and 8 hours second time . They do not take pregnant women seriously. I had bleeding and cramping and they still took all that time to get me in and around 1am when it was time to get checked out they told me the system was down and they couldn’t give me the medicine I needed. I was in the ER on 4/11 and I had Juliana as my RN and I would like to say she was the nicest nurse I think I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. She listened to me, she sympathized with me and she took very good care of me. Dr Coley was also amazing. He found things that the ER in willowbrook missed less than a month ago. I would go to this ER over willowbrook any day. I was made comfortable, my issues were treated to the best of their abilities and I over all had a good experience despite what I was going through. If you value your life and you don't have insurance do not go there. If I could give them a -5 10/15 I would they treated me horribly. I went in there for a dent in my head that is linear goes from the crown of my head to my forehead and that doctor told me I had nothing in my head she felt nothing I even rubbed her finger crossed it many people have felt it and disagree. From the moment we walked through the doors of the ER, the front staff was welcoming and compassionate with bright smiles and a friendly welcome. No sooner than we sat down in the lobby, we were called back for triaging. The triage nurse was extremely detailed and thorough. He then walked us to the exam room, where within 30 minutes, we were seen by the attending doctor, Dr. Guirges and nurse team, Chelsea and Suzanne.
