This place is ridiculous. My mom’s emergency room doctor was some kind of joke. She came in professional in the beginning. She must have gotten a hold of some meds because next thing you know she’s running down the hall laughing and playing. I tried to get her attention but she intentionally ignored me. The test took over 4 hours to come back. I’ve never had this experience in an emergency room, ever. We will definitely go elsewhere next time. They really deserve a 0 star. People please don’t waste your time coming here.

Dominque, from the front desk, was unprofessional, rude and had an unproductive system to register new patients arriving to the ER. We arrived, obtained a registration form to fill out, filled it out and offered to give it to her along with my mom’s ID and insurance card in order to check in. She said to hold on to everything and that she would call us. I asked how she would call us if she didn’t have our info and there were people in the lobby already waiting and more people arriving. My primary care doctor sent me to the ER because unfortunately I could not afford the test that he wanted me to run he said here take these papers to the ER and tell him these are the procedure that you would like for them to have and meaning to say I did that and they decided to run their own test which didn't help me at all such as an EKG which my doctor had already performed so go figure they're doing what they want when they want didn't they tell me that there's nothing wrong with me but yet I'm still in pain from 0 to 1... read more

I picked this place because the rating was better than the nearby hospitals, only to discover it was also truly disappointing. My husband got into a really bad car accident. The other driver hit him at 80/85 mph totaled both cars. Driver fled the scene on foot leaving an injured passenger. My husbands car flew and hit the barrier so the whip lash was from the impact on the driver side and the barrier impact on the right. He was in severe pain with blood pressure at 202/172.
