My son had the coup cough. Gasping for air, rolling on the floor and they would not provide assistance I need to stay waiting in the waiting area to be seen. I left and went to memorial Herman were they saw him right away due to his state

March 5th 2026, Michael L Harrington was the head doctor when I arrived at the ER. I was in pain at a scale of 8 out of 10 from a 7mm unpassable kidney stone. While in pain I tried my best alone to answer all their questions while waiting on the nurse to help me calm down with iv medication. While there Michael either was just a loud person in general or decided that yelling at a patient in pain was the bet way to handle things. I had been experiencing a bout of what I believed to be vertigo and was so frustrated, I decided to go in to be seen at the ER. Initially all went well, quickly into a room and assessed, that's all that went well. I was given a contrast CT of my head to rule out issues there, radiology personnel are amazing. That came back clean so the time for more tests was then. I went to ED with pain in my side and back when I coughed. Sharp stabbing pain. They did ct scan and an xray. Dr Sweet comes in leans against the wall and tells me he sees no reason for me to be in pain. He then says, "what, did you want there to be something wrong?" Later I read ct results and it says bilateral renal calculi. I'm not a dr but that means kidney stones. He basically dismissed me. Recommended gastrointestinal dr. What a quack!!! Went to the ER a few days ago and I NEVER got seen by a Dr. The nurse or whatever she was (she never introduced herself nor did she have a visible badge) was dismissive. When asked if I could see a Dr so he could explain my lab work and CT scan she said she would send him and never did. She left some paperwork on the counter and walked away. I ended up leaving the hospital without answers after being there for hours. So frustrating and unprofessional!
