Went to the ER a few days ago and I NEVER got seen by a Dr. The nurse or whatever she was (she never introduced herself nor did she have a visible badge) was dismissive. When asked if I could see a Dr so he could explain my lab work and CT scan she said she would send him and never did. She left some paperwork on the counter and walked away. I ended up leaving the hospital without answers after being there for hours. So frustrating and unprofessional!
The worst thing you can do is come here. It took me 3 hours to get into the room and 8 hours waiting without being attended to.
I took my daughter to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain — she could not walk and had not eaten all day. The doctor only ordered blood tests, which suggested a possible infection, but he did not request any imaging to check further. He told us she had gastritis, asked my daughter if she had eaten spicy food (she said yes), and sent her home with medication for gastritis despite her persistent pain, saying it would get better. Every experience is just ridiculous and truly unprofessional. I called prior to bringing my 82 yr old mom to find out if the hospital was an Emergency Hospital or actual hospital. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending. She treated me as if I was uneducated and inhumane. I still ignored the red flag as my parent needed so I went for medical services anyway. Arrived about 6pm Friday, we were seen quicker than most ERs. Staff never followed up after visit and rude when calling
