How the hell can they still be operational at this point. There are people here who have been waiting 10+ hours and it’s not even busy
6 hr wait in er LOBBY when returned w/ spine surgery complications. Excruciating pain. I would not recommend this hospital
I was seen by 1 very rude, unprofessional Dr with a horrible bedside manner. My wait time was 9 hours in physical misery to be insulted and treated disrespectfully. I chose to pay St Luke's for help as I have always been very happy with my experiences at other St Luke's hospitals. I will not return to this 1. They obviously don't want me to anyway.
Staff is fast and courteous. Dr did a great job with my problem. That said i'll only go back if it's life or death because they left a very sick man in the waiting room who was violently coughing and walking around a crowded area not covering his mouth. I think I am now sick and wonder how many others may have been exposed. In my opinion he should have been isolated from 54 other people in a small space.
