Been here two times over a span of an year and was given proper care for different things. When I brought my mother there was just a bit of delay but it was understandable. Brought my kid and was seen immediately within minutes. Both times the waiting queue has been moving at decent pace. They have been doing well on handling traffic at late hours. Good job in tough times. Keep doing well.

Two days prior, I was seen At Huntsville Memorial Hospital Where they told me nothing was wrong to just go home so I did two days later the symptoms got extremely worse so I went here. The desk was amazing and patient and kind and listen to everything that I was saying the weight was not long. My experience at this emergency room on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00 AM. was very mixed. Unfortunately, my first interaction was with the front desk receptionist, and she was extremely rude and seemed to have a very negative attitude. I was in significant pain, which is why I was there in the first place. I’m not sure about their care because we haven’t seen results, yet. But, I spoke to several people who have been waiting here for over 8 hours to be seen by someone. They arrived at 11:00, 11:15, and 11:30. I brought my father in at 7:20. Not what I would imagine from an emergency room. I would probably recommend one of the many other hospitals around.

I experienced terrible customer service here and would NOT recommend this ER if you’re a mother with young children. My husband was diagnosed with a very serious abdominal infection and prescribed antibiotics at an ER/Urgent care 2 Saturdays ago and his fever never went away, it actually got worse, so I brought him here this last Sunday. After we checked him in the receptionist told me that me and our 11 month old daughter were not allowed in triage with my husband.
