Went in with Covid. Told there was nothing they could do to alleviate my crippling throat pain. They actually gave me something to swallow after I told them how much it hurt!! What they gave me did nothing. Then they lied on the billing saying I saw a doctor, which I did not. At no point did a doctor come in. They were unsympathetic and unfeeling about my suffering. Then they charged by $2k for this complete waste of time. Go anywhere but here.

Nurse Kyle A. Was probably one of the worst nurses I’ve ever experienced in my whole entire life tonight. I just spent God knows how much with my insurance and 300 out-of-pocket to be turn down for medical attention? He came in and said a different way that the doctor wanted me to take my medicine. Then the doctor told me I asked to see the doctor cause I had a few more questions and I wanted to clarify If you wanted me to take the rest of my antibiotics at home and then start the new anabiotic’s. Came in with pain in right side chest. Barely sat down, took me back. Dr was in room waiting for me. 10 minute wait for xrays. 1 hour wait for results. Out in less than 2 hrs. Everyone was so nice, everyone was smiling, very attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back without hesitation. Quick thorough and friendly.
