Madisonville ER is a complete joke! I checked in at 7:06 PM. Didn’t get seen by the ER doctor until 8:39 PM. Not one Medical staff came in and asked if my daughter needed anything or to tell me how much longer the wait would be. This place is disgustingly Unsanitary. They are inconsiderate About people’s time and money. All along for an hour and a half I listen to the medical staff joke about personal relationship statuses on Tinder, Cheating And not to mention, they talk so loud I heard about the 67-year-old woman in the ro... read more
This so called Emergency Room is a joke!!! I called and Melana wouldn't even give me a wait time. Really?
They were very helpful and kind in dealing with a trauma injury to my son. They eased his mind with the IV and helped relieve his pain. We would go back.
Took my 83 year old grandpa here for a nasty slice on his hand wich was bleeding profusely. Arrived at 11:30am and ended up leaving after 5pm without having been seen and having to drive to a different ER. I'd recommend going anywhere else even if this place is closest. You will not be helped in a reasonable amount of time wich is the entire point of an emergency room.
