I came in with a problem with a clogged ear. NP Melissa was the main Nurse. She was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Nurse Lauren was the one who assisted me. She was also very friendly, courteous, and professional and helped make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you, ladies! ♥️

Professional, caring and efficient
The staff was nice. Went long periods of time without any updates at the start. Sat in a room once they took me in bait at least a couple hours and that was about ten after 7. Not a room with a bed so with all the pain I was in I was sitting up the whole time. Then shortly after 9 they finally put me in a room with a bed. Finished my IV and then shortly after 10 let me go. Did not discuss all my results with me so I left just knowing they gave me meds for the pain I was in. Not an experience I would want to go through again.
