Per the doctor’s recommendation, we went to the ER for IV fluids and any additional testing if needed. The entire process was smooth, with minimal wait time from arrival to discharge. Kayla and Cheri were both very thorough and kind throughout the visit.
Why can I go to Capital Region emergency room and be seen in minutes, but it takes hours here. Makes no sense. Will not be coming here again.
