I came in after a burst dental abscess, waited hours with my neck swelling to be seen. Then, none of my concerns were taken seriously, I was poked in the neck once with severe pain, the P.A., with no further testing as to spread of infection. These people do not understand how to properly treat infection and thier neglect of care will get people killed. Problem still hasn't resolved and is getting worse, but whats the point of returning somewhere that doesn't care? I'll use the other hospital next time for sure, I'm sure a g... read more
Arrived at the emergency room shortly after 11:00 am didn't get called back until after 3:00. The wait, in my opinion, was way too long; finally got out of there about 7:00 or 7:30 pm. Spent the entire day in the ER. The ER doctor was great, though. His name was Li.
The nurse and NP that treated my son were great. Unfortunately I do not remember their names..but I was so thankful for all they did. My son ended up with a double ear infection on Mother’s Day and although I’m sure they were busy they were amazing to us and got us in and out. They even made sure my son got his first dose of the antibiotic in the ER since it was late on a Sunday and all pharmacies were closed.
