The ER doctor seems really good and the CT technician is also excellent, we also liked one of the short EMS people. But, the reception performance was poor during our visit. I felt really bad for one other patient puking his guts out in the waiting room and the primary nurse assigned this morning seemed gruff to me. Thank goodness we had a good Dr and a good CT technician. But, we might drive to OKC if the renal stones diagnosis doesn't get better. Wait and see on a kidney cyst sounds painful to me, but we'll see.
There was only one things good about it. the two nurses that took care of me. My Dr was rude and yelled at my grandma. It took 7 hrs to read some ct results. They never told me my lab results till pressed to do so. I never have been so disappointed in my life. I will never be back and would not recommend
Dr Williams top of the line. So very thankful for his thorough and kind care. We are blessed to have him! Also Nurse Talon , great care! Thank you all. God bless!
