Last night was the 1 and only time I've had a horrible experience at the ER. It was the PA that I seen. Dr Matthew Bertus was uncaring, cold, and said he couldn't give me anything for pain. That's not true and I know my rights. I pray that if he is ever in the pain I was in and still in that he gets a better Dr to him than he was to me.
Would give one star but the nurses I had were fantastic. Dr Bradley talks crap about his patients while they’re sitting there within ear shot. I’ve been treated unkindly by him multiple times ; if you can avoid him I would. Doesn’t listen. Doesn’t want you to advocate for yourself.
Excellent care. Above and beyond. Nurses even brought heated blankets for my driver. Highly recommend.
