Everyone was wonderful except the so called doctor I wouldn't bring my ginnypig to be checked out by him rude unprofessional and doesn't have a clue what bedside manor is and being a doctor. -10 stars 🌟 is my review of the doctor and 5 stars for the other staff and facility
PA Bertus walked in, stood at the doorway and said “I couldn’t tell you, never seen those bites before” and walked out. Didn’t even look at either of my children. Place is a joke.
I went in on Tuesday 06-09-2026 for a possible spider bite. I was “seen” by Matthew Bertus and my complaint was completely dismissed. He has no bed side etiquette whatsoever and no compassion for his patients. I was not asked my symptoms or anything along those lines. He barely glanced at my possible spider bite and said it was an inflamed hair follicle.
