Quick, effective, efficient
5 stars changed to 1. Understaffed. Nothing you can do to convince male doctors here your a human. One of their ER docs genuinely believes scans cause serious radiation on multiple occasions even if your 23 and suddenly have no quality of life. Didn't help me out to my car while holding crutches a bookbag and my phone, I got hurt after lowering myself to the ground after dropping my phone and got barrated. This was the quickest ER I've ever been to in my life- the people from the check in desk, to the nurses & doctors, & especially the gentleman who had to deal with my needle anxiety were absolutely amazing..no bruising or pain & they were so efficient, kind & really took the time to explain procedure/treatment. Wish I could have that guy take blood or administer anything intravenously 'everytime'!
Avoid this place. The front staff when you walk in is always eating very large sandwiches. Came in three times now and three times they were eating large sandwiches and drinking large cups of liquid. I just wouldn’t allow that at an emergency room desk. It’s so unprofessional. The nurse Michelle was extremely rude and the doctors don’t want to find out what is wrong, they just want to rush you out like you’re a burden. Entire staff needs to be trained in empathy. Incredible experience at LVH Emergency. I came in with severe sciatic leg pain. The staff was most empathetic. Thanks to Shonda, Don, John and Matt. And especially to Dr. Christopher Connell. They have given me hope, and relief that has been long time coming. Thanks to all at this superb facility. VA referral was huge success.
