I had a very disappointing experience at this emergency room. I arrived around 6:00 PM and waited until 10:00 PM without ever being called back to be evaluated. I understand that emergency rooms can be busy and that patients are seen based on the severity of their conditions, but waiting four hours without even being brought back or properly updated was extremely frustrating. I’ve been in the ER since 4:00 PM—and it’s now 6:35 PM—suffering from excruciating pain, yet there isn't a single person available to attend to me. People who arrived after I did are already being seen; what am I supposed to do to actually get some attention? If I could leave this place, I would have done so already. This is absolutely the worst.
Disappointed with the medical care provided. The medical staff appeared inexperienced and lacked clear communication regarding my basic rights and the healthcare procedures being performed. I was not adequately informed about the tests being conducted, their potential side effects, or interactions relevant to my condition. It is honestly shocking that I had three emergency room visits for severe pain in the same spot where my gallbladder is, and every time I pointed right to it. They kept treating me for gastritis even though I explained over and over that the pain was not in my stomach. It was frustrating to feel like no one was really listening.
