It is honestly shocking that I had three emergency room visits for severe pain in the same spot where my gallbladder is, and every time I pointed right to it. They kept treating me for gastritis even though I explained over and over that the pain was not in my stomach. It was frustrating to feel like no one was really listening. I have been dealing with abdominal pain, throwing up, and the cold sweats for 4 days. I went to Geisinger ER where the doctor didn’t even come in the room and sent me home without any explanation or results. My nurse told me I should go to Lehigh valley ER because they would treat me better. That night I was in too much pain and my mother took me to Lehigh Valley ER. Wow the energy in this place alone made me feel a little better Paige was very knowledgeable and professional about the pain relief medication she was administering I don't do meds but she convinced me that everything was fine and she was right ,Dr Micheal Yucha was very encouraging and kind made it feel like everything will be fine and also his energy alone made the whole visit comfortable And last but definitely not least was Carline in the emergency room very very helpful and warm ...THANKS GUYS
The medical team conducts thorough tests before discharging you, ensuring your well-being. The doctors are incredibly kind and attentive. This is definitely my preferred emergency room.
If an er doesn't have cardiac care, they should let you know before admitting you to it with chest pain. All they did was waste my time, then transfer me to Regional at 9pm when I came in at 2:30pm. There were some lovely nurses, and support staff, but the PA there was quite cocky, abrasive, irritating, unprofessional and turned out to be incorrect about my care and, I was also lied to about one of my tests, which was incredibly insulting and stupid as I have the portal.
