Literally writing this as I wait to discharge. I came in with my 9 month old son who was running a fever and the team was amazing. Very quick and the dr was phenomenal. Dr Jack answered all of my questions and truly listened to my concerns. As a medical professional myself (I never announce this when treated) I was impressed with his recommendations. Nobody knows how an act of kindness can help one’s stress levels and the team here were ALL very kind.

Gonna be honest, if I could give no stars I would, this is just the lowest it'd go. Probably the most horrifying experience my daughter has ever had to go through, with zero help from both nurses and PA on shift, because we couldn't even see an actual Dr. Did the least amount of work with the least amount of testing and literally sent her on her way- my daughter is now being tested for lymphoma after being seen by St Lukes instead.
