I have had the honor of visiting this facility twice in the last 4 years. My first visit was due to the emergency demand by my nurse practitioner to get a blood transfusion immediately. After being triage and put into a from, a doctor comes in with 4 additional ppl that didn't announce themselves or all for permission to enter the room. I visited the emergency room in Pearland HCA Houston Healthcare due to a reoccurring issue in which I was advised to return if the problem continued to exist. Dr. Damien Jackson was very rude and stood against the wall suggesting that I go to a dermatologist. I told him that the issue that I was dealing with which was previously diagnosed as Cellulitis had traveled down my leg and felt warm to the touch. He said he had other emergencies more important. First appointment was in 2013 if I remember correctly. I went in thinking this lady gone ignore my needs and concerns. But to my surprise she was attentive, caring, a listener, firm, an actually wanted to help me. It's 2023 and I will never want another doctor. Melissa White Sonia MA Denise MA Teresa, Juanita and I'm sure I'm missing a few others. The whole staff is amazing an wonderful. I would recommend 100/10 just because they are the best. Thank you ladies so much.

I do not recommend this hospital. Used to be a nice hospital. Last 2 experiences here have been terrible. Had a MRI scheduled a week in advance. Show up and after filling out forms and paying for procedure, I am informed they never received authorization. Never called me back when I did get authorization to reschedule. I did the calling. Poor customer service. Disappointing that most insurances only use HCA and this hospital.

would never wish my experience on anyone! Not even my worst enemy!!! I was there for over 20 hours waiting on a room. I went in with a kidney stone. I was given 2 IV bags in that whole time. I was put in a hot room on the most uncomfortable “bed”. On doctor came in around 9 am to over my options, said he’d be back and I never saw him again. The ER doctor came in around lunch time and said he’d get me an IV and see if I pass the stone. Horrible place for an MRI appt at 6:30 am After waiting til 7:15 am I asked and was told My appt was for 7:45. Overstafffed too many workers walking and talking. Advised management was coming to talk they never arrived I couldn't wait after being there since 6:30 am it was 9 then.

They send you bills and hit your credit after you pay the amount agreed. Never seen such con artists
