I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital’s customer support. The staff on the phone were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they kept cutting the call several times and showed no patience or willingness to assist. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to get help from a hospital and receive such rude treatment. I expected much better communication and care from a healthcare institution.
Nurses at the front desks couldn’t do their job right and didn’t give back my insurance card or say its not covered for ER services. It was partly my fault for not seeing that on my own card and now dealing with the consequences owing big $$. It seemed like they wanted me in and out fast. Only received a small counseling sesh for insomnia with a PA who looked like she was in alot of stress herself. Could give this place 0 stars.
This was the worst experience I ever had at a hospital especially having a emergency with a newborn and I felt so discriminated when I was breastfeeding my baby I would never recommend this hospital at all. We had to wait for 4 four in the waiting area and we did not get our question answered. I have never felt so discriminated by a hospital.This hospital doesn’t even deserve a one start at all.
I came in last Thursday in the late evening for kidney stones. This was my first time at this hospital & I was in so much pain my brain was on fire. From the moment I walked in I was treated so nicely. (Minus the big female security guard) She got pissy when my husband walked outside without a badge on🤷 I was seen right away, & I had the absolute best nurse you could ever ask for.
