I was examined in waiting area, vital physical assessment. And to add insult to injury most of staff demonstrate a lack of compassion. Now as I srand around with a 10/ 10 left lower back and hip. I am asked to provide urine sample before xray and no access to water. Then what happen to introducing yourself before offering dictation and policy. Okay I will just call her RN B××ch. I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly this “Emergency” department operates. We waited over 3 hours just to be seen and then another 2 hours for basic results. I honestly don’t understand how they can even call it an emergency when there is absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for patients in distress. The staff seemed indifferent, communication was minimal, and the entire process felt chaotic and disorganized. I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital’s customer support. The staff on the phone were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they kept cutting the call several times and showed no patience or willingness to assist. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to get help from a hospital and receive such rude treatment. I expected much better communication and care from a healthcare institution.
