This was the worst experience I ever had at a hospital especially having a emergency with a newborn and I felt so discriminated when I was breastfeeding my baby I would never recommend this hospital at all. We had to wait for 4 four in the waiting area and we did not get our question answered. I have never felt so discriminated by a hospital.This hospital doesn’t even deserve a one start at all.
I came in last Thursday in the late evening for kidney stones. This was my first time at this hospital & I was in so much pain my brain was on fire. From the moment I walked in I was treated so nicely. (Minus the big female security guard) She got pissy when my husband walked outside without a badge on🤷 I was seen right away, & I had the absolute best nurse you could ever ask for. Never come here I’m a kiaser patient my mom is here now as I’m writing this and I asked for a rep they aren’t here I asked for the bathroom was ignored so I’m sitting in the er parking lot needing to go to the bathroom really bad night staff sucks and they viola hippa laws very bad here.
St. Joseph's Emergency Hospital is a JOKE.!! My husband was in severe pain, The ER Doctor said he had Gallstones, injected him all kinds of pain medication after that he didn't feel any pain and sent him home to follow up with his primary care doctor for Gallstones.
Took my daughter here for the 1st time and let me tell you i was surprised at how nice the entire staff was, it was busy when I went but they don’t make you feel like youre a burden or like your not wanted there even the security was nice to everyone coming in. Despite beeing busy we only waited for 1.5hrs.
