Excellent experience overall. My wife was seen within 15 minutes, and all the nurses and doctors were amazing and extremely kind. Best ER experience we have experienced.
Great fast service comparing to other urgent cares,the staff are friendly from checking in time until checking out.This is my place to go in case of emergency,or if urgent cares are full.
They are very bad about taking care of pain. No matter what kind of pain it is. They will let you suffer then discharge you with the pain. Also depends on what Dr. Is there. Some just don't care. Idk why that is. I went in with uncontrollable pain, Dr. Help me. He stabilized my pain, great dr. Last time I went in I had hit my head and had a huge bump on my head, different Dr didn't even look at it or assessed it wow! He talked a lot about idk what, then let me go 🤷
The treatment of my husband Ken’s problem was done well in the Emergency room. However, the admitting physician, Raja Uzair, completely ignored me. I am Ken’s wife. This doctor seems extremely prejudice based on age—called AGEISM. This seems to be additionally supported because upon discharge, the nurse gave me the papers but mumbled something about something being wet and yanked the papers back from me giving them to our daughter.
