UPDATE #2: Here for the second time in a week. This time was by ambulance, for extreme pain in the left leg. They made me wait in the lobby, in my pajamas, for an MRI and my lab test results. The staff here are screwed - no compassion or empathy whatsoever. They deserve to have disciplinary action taken against them if they don't shape up. UPDATE #1: This should be Zero Stars. They can't provide me with the names and dosages of the medications they gave me during my recent visit, and they "don't know why." They transfered me... read more
UPDATE: This should be Zero Stars. They can't provide me with the names and dosages of the medications they gave me during my recent visit, and they "don't know why." They transfered me to Medical Records, with whome I had to leave a message but will probably never hear back from. This E.R. was fairly decent when I visited it in December, 2023. Now it's just garbage. And it all has to do with money. Total waist of time if you don't have a problem that will get you admitted. All they'll do it send you back to your PCP. Appare... read more
St. Bernadine's provided a horrible hospital ER experience, ties with San Bernardino Community Hospital in lack of empathy, zero patience, doctors who don't listen and staff who is uneducated in how to treat patients as people. I asked a Dr a question about a medication they were going to give me, he refused to explain why it was required in my case, why other treatments wouldn't work, and refused to explain the side effects.
