I went to the ER on Sunday at 5pm and left at 8pm. There were a lot of people there, but the wait wasn't long. They were very efficient, all tests and talk to get all the info was quick but very thorough. They were very nice and empathetic also, which is something that's hard to find in most hospitals nowadays! I would recommend going to this ER over any others in the valley. I've spent a good amount of time in the ER over the past several years and this was by far the best experience.

Horrible place!!!! Don’t bring you loved ones here! Everyone is so rude and useless to be quite honest. From the securities to the nurses. They have no manners. They could care less about you needing information about your loved one or translating. I kept telling every single one of them I need to translate. No one answers questions, they just mad dog you and that’s it. Would’ve never came here but unfortunately the ambulance had to come here. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE IS SICK!!!!!!!!

The care I received from this hospital was disappointing - too conservative and extremely expensive. I visited for severe bleeding but they only performed lab tests and an ultrasound without providing any treatment for the bleeding. The total bill came around to $10,000. Fast forward to September, it happened again and I went to a different hospital. There, an ultrasound was also done, D&C was performed and I was diagnosed with stage 1 endometrial cancer. I wish this hospital had been more thorough in their approach- it coul... read more

Excellent ER experience. Every single person we encountered (and there were about a dozen) was courteous, polite, friendly and attentive. My concerns were taken seriously and the ER doctor, Gabriel Campion, was excellent. He really listened to what was happening and worked with me to find a way to investigate despite my complex conditions. He was knowledgeable, quick, and had a great bedside manner. I never felt rushed by him, and this was an ER. He took his time to really talk to me about everything. Emergency tests were ru... read more

Absolutely the worst condescending Dr I've ever come across. He gaslighted my situation and explained nothing upon discharge. This Dr needs a re- freshener course on best practices. He is a liability and dignity needs to be in his vocabulary. When your cardiologist says go to the ER, you go! Listen to your body and Dr. It could save your life. As long as you avoid Dr Im.@ Northridge. He is a condescending and a very rude person..
