If i can give 0 stars i would. The nurse there was terrible and was very rude. I was talking to her and the tone of her voice was so harsh that my wife who i took there for an illness was very stressed, and crying because the tone of her voice. My wife was just lying in her bed coping with her illness the best she can while she listened to this nurse talk in a very rude and unprofessional way. I really felt bad for my wife. Hopefully, there will be another hospital built with an amazing ER. I wouldn't call this place an ER.
The staff was very kind and caring for their patients, wanna thank nurse Maria and doctor Jordan William.
nurses and doctors are great!! everyone is very professional and caring but , wait time is insane sometimes, i waited 5 hours to be seen last time but , there was a lot of people waiting... everyone is working hard and trying their best, they just need more staff or something...
